Training

Arts & Minds is currently running a series of bespoke training sessions for staff who work in mental health services in Leeds. These workshops are looking at what works and what doesn't when trying to engage people creatively. The sessions are currently being run at the Becklin Centre, the Newsam Centre and the Mount. By the end of the process we will create a "toolkit" of creative activities that can be used in mental health services in Leeds. These sessions are being run by community artist Alison McIntyre.

In the past Arts & Minds has run a series of "Creative Bites", aimed at anyone running creative groups. These sessions will resume soon.
